      Utah's Book Marketing Conference (UBMC, pronounced "Uhb Mac") is all about how to market and sell your novels, short stories, children's books, and non-fiction. Join us in our second year and listen to the experts teach tips, tools, trends, how-tos, principles, and strategies for marketing and selling your writing. Network with other writers and authors and talk to book promoters and marketers. Writers and authors at any stage in their writing adventures will benefit from this informative conference. UBMC 2019 BOOK COVER CONTEST We think book covers are a BIG deal when it comes to marketing a book and for that reason we've organized the second annual UBMC Book Cover Contest. In conjunction with the symposium, we're holding a book cover contest that is open to anyone whose book cover meets the criteria and would like to participate. One does not have to register for or attend the annual meeting to participate in the book cover contest.
